Hinterland Community Care Inc. (HCC) is located at 12 Murphy Street, Dysart and has been supporting people in our local community for many years.

 

HCC’s aim is to support and promote participation in everyday life for people with additional needs, including those who require assistance due to age or disability. Our primary goal is to help people remain living independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community.

 

HCC provides a range of services designed to support individuals in their day-to-day lives. These may include respite care, nursing care, transport and domestic assistance. HCC also provides social and recreational activities at our day centre, including popular activities such as hoy and bingo, providing opportunities for people to socialise, stay active and enjoy the company of others.

HCC receives government funding to provide many of these services, which means there may be little or no cost to eligible clients.
